Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch (available in Pakistan only).

• Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges:

• Standard Shipping: Rs 250 

• Express Shipping: Complete payment is required with additional Rs 600 delivery charges via online bank transfer/ easy paisa or jazz cash.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.

• You can track your order using the provided link.

Delivery Delays & Issues:

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, or courier service disruptions.

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our support team at littlenloom@gmail.com or contact us on our WhatsApp number. 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures and order details.

• For lost packages, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier service.
