EXCHANGE POLICY
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
• Please make sure the outfit is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange charges will be applicable.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
• Formalwear, customized, and made-to-order outfits are not eligible for return or exchange.
• No refunds are offered on any purchase.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the rare case that you receive a faulty item, please share clear pictures with us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once verified by our team, you’ll be offered a replacement of the same or similar value.
SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and borne by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once your order has been shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy applies.
